This company is top notch. My dog locked herself in my vehicle with it not running on a hot day. I called my insurance and they were sending a locksmith but my dog was panting and then laid down. My keys and phone were in the vehicle. I had to bust out a window to get her out. I called First Class Auto Glass the next day. Within 15 minutes, my insurance was called, an appointment was set up and within a couple days, my repair was completed! They are professional, prompt, empathetic, and trustworthy. I will never go to anybody else for any of my automobile glass needs ever again. Just so happened a week later my windshield got hit by another rock and I had to replace it again. It was fixed within two days! The professionalism is prevalent and appreciated.

I made contact with this company and Will was very helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions. The day of install Mike arrived and since I have trust issues I watched every move he made. Let's say I was not disappointed. Mike definitely knew his profession. I would definitely recommend this company. They were kind, patient and flexible with scheduling. Hard to find companies these days that really care to make the customer happy and have the skills to back up their profession.

I had a great experience with this company. They called me as soon as they received my information, were very knowledgeable about the entire process and insurance and even stayed with me on the phone as I walked through the very simple insurance process. Update 1/6/2020Scam, company was very easy to work with for a reason. They invoiced my insurance company 3000+ for a windshield!!!!! Just received a call from my insurance company investigator. I detest dishonest people. I will be seeking legal representation as this will affect my insurance. What goes around comes around.Great Service, Communication. Prompt and Professional.

Thank god for this company! I noticed a crack on my windshield that was starting to spread and get bigger on Friday and I already had weekend plans with my kids... so I called this company and I’m glad I did because they came out the next day to my house and replaced my windshield with a brand new one on the spot and didn’t charge me a dime!! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful from the lady who answered my call to the technician that replaced my windshield! Very good experience. I would definitely recommend First Class Auto Glass.

William is a magician. My crack disappeared. The spider part was about the size of a nickel and the pit was sizable. But it’s completely gone. The before and after picture would be his best review. Too bad I can’t post that.

I noticed a chip in my windshield and contacted this company to see about a replacement when the chip got a little worse. This was on a Wednesday afternoon after 4pm. I was asked why wait and that they could come out and repair the next day. I went ahead and scheduled the repair. By 9am the next morning, the technician was at my vehicle while at work and in 30 minutes, I had a new windshield. It is crystal clear and installed perfectly. I highly recommend this company. Quick, efficient, and great customer service.
